Foot Soldiers uses a secure online shopping cart system to accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. (For First Time customers, please make sure to place your order to your billing address or we will deny your transaction. We can only ship to an address that has the same billing address as the credit card user. If you wish to send to a different address please notify your credit card company of any additional addresses.
We will gladly accept returns in brand new condition. All shoes, apparel and accessories purchased from Foot Soldiers can only be returned in brand new condition with original box, tags, and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 7 days from the day the shoes arrive to the customer.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY.
Please contact us and we will issue you an RA# (Return Authorization).
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to Foot Soldiers with a $10 money order (do not send check). If you are sending more than 1 item back for exchange, then it will be $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. The shipping fee will be used to ship the exchanged item(s) back to the buyer. Please contact us if you have any questions.
All prices shown on our products are the base price, and do not include taxes and shipping and handling costs until you go to checkout your cart. We include a 7% state tax on all sales for all Florida residents. Prices on Shopfootsoldiers.com DO NOT reflect prices at actual store.
